About the role: The Technical Support Specialist manages end-to-end technical assistance for US-based appliance owners, resolving complex home appliances inquiries. Set in a fast-paced environment, the role balances in-depth technical diagnostics with consultative upselling—ensuring swift problem resolution while recommending genuine parts, accessories, and protection plans that optimize appliance performance. Requirements Fluency in English B2–C1 Bachelor's Degree Willingness to work rotational/night shifts What we offer Competitive salary of 20,00K EGP NET included 115 euros KPIs.
