Service Fulfillment Architect

Role Purpose Designs the service fulfillment (order-to-activation) architecture across OSM, SOM, UIM and activation systems. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design for order management, service fulfillment, and service orchestration. Analyze end-to-end order and fulfillment requirements across business and operational teams. Translate requirements into order flows, decomposition rules, orchestration logic, and technical designs. Define interfaces between order management, inventory, provisioning, billing, and assurance platforms. Design exception handling, fallout management, retries, and order recovery processes. Ensure designs support required service types, products, and fulfillment scenarios. Define reusable design standards and non-functional requirements for performance and resilience. Review configurations, customizations, and integration designs for compliance with architecture. Support system integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and release readiness. Maintain design documentation and advise teams on complex fulfillment issues. Required Technical Skills & Tools Oracle OSM (COM / SOM), UIM and ASAP / IPSA. Telecom order management and service fulfillment processes. Integration (OSB, AIA, web services). TM Forum frameworks. Oracle Database and SQL. Show more Show less
