Role Description The Application Supervisor (AI Integration / LLM and .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of applications that integrate AI models and large language models (LLMs) with .NET-based systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. The supervisor will coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and guide implementation and deployment activities. Daily tasks include managing application roadmaps, supervising development and support teams, reviewing code and solution designs, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices. The role also includes monitoring production systems, resolving incidents, optimizing application performance, and providing technical guidance, training, and documentation to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role. - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs. - Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server. - Good knowledge of React or Angular. - Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage. - Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English. experience.
