Junior Quantity Surveyor We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi Duties and responsibilities: · Prepare variation claims and submissions. · Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements of additional works. · Prepare variation quotations and cost breakdowns. · Maintain and update variation records and logs. · Coordinate with project teams for variation details and approvals. Requirements: · Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field. · Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying. · Experience in variation preparation, quantity take-offs, and measurements. · Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD. · Good communication and coordination skills. · UAE experience in construction or fit-out projects is preferred.
