Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Cairo, Egypt. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in construction or building materials. Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, follow up effectively, and provide solution-focused support. Good communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to explain technical product features in a clear, practical manner. Solid organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, visit scheduling, and accurate documentation of sales activities. Comfort working on-site and in the field, with readiness to travel within Cairo and nearby regions as required. Proficiency with standard office and CRM tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, basic sales software) to track leads, quotes, and orders. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
