About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment, particularly process gas compressors, including medium-pressure (MP) and low-pressure (LP) compressors. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues in coordination with maintenance teams. Participate in HAZOP reviews for compressor systems, evaluate operational risks, and support the resolution of identified HAZOP recommendations. Ensure compressor maintenance and operations comply with applicable international engineering standards and equipment codes. Conduct lifecycle cost analysis, risk assessments, and value improvement studies to identify cost-reduction and equipment reliability opportunities. Provide technical support during project execution and maintenance activities to improve compressor performance, safety, and operational efficiency. Qualification Requirements Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 6 years of experience in compressor maintenance and servicing within the Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry. Strong hands-on experience with process gas compressors, particularly medium-pressure and low-pressure compressor systems. Good knowledge of rotating equipment, compressor maintenance practices, and applicable international standards and codes. Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation-related compressor issues. Familiarity with HAZOP, risk assessment, lifecycle cost analysis, and equipment reliability improvement. Show more Show less
