Job Description Maintain and manage the organisation's job architecture, including job families, grades, levels, and role catalogue. Evaluate new and revised positions using a recognised grading methodology. Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and reward frameworks across multiple territories. Conduct market benchmarking and analyse salary survey data to support compensation decisions. Provide cost modelling and recommendations for offers, promotions, retention cases, and salary reviews. Monitor internal equity, pay compression, grading anomalies, and governance compliance. Maintain compensation records, grading decisions, and supporting reward documentation. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years' experience within Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Job Evaluation, or related specialist HR functions. Strong experience managing job grading frameworks and salary structures Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including compensation modelling and workforce data analysis. Experience using salary surveys and external market data to support reward decisions. Exposure to organisational design or workforce planning initiatives would be advantageous.
