Lead/ Senior AI Engineer

We're building a high-performing AI team and are looking for talented professionals across multiple experience levels to join us on this exciting journey. As part of our growing Digital & AI function, you'll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI-driven solutions that support business transformation and operational excellence. Our team will work across a wide range of technologies and domains, including Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Intelligent Automation, and advanced analytics. Open Positions Lead AI Engineer （8+ Years）. Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. Responsible for AI architecture, machine learning model development, MLOps implementation, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and AI strategy execution. Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and cloud/on-prem AI platforms is required. Senior AI Engineer（4+ Years）. Develop and optimize AI and ML models, lead technical implementation of AI solutions, mentor junior engineers, and support production deployments. Strong hands-on experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps, and Generative AI technologies is required. AI Engineer （2+ Years）. Design, develop, test, and deploy AI applications, machine learning models, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions. Practical experience in machine learning frameworks, data processing pipelines, APIs, LLMs, and AI integration is preferred. Junior AI Engineer. Support AI development initiatives through research, testing, data preparation, and model development activities. This role provides an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to real-world AI and digital transformation projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, depending on the position level. Knowledge of Python, AI/ML concepts, and modern development practices. Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps, cloud technologies, or intelligent automation is a strong advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
