Guest Services Officer - Back Office

Organization- Grand Hyatt Dubai Summary You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the Rooms department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Services Officer - Back Office is responsible to assist the Rooms Division in managing the Front Office Operations and Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to deliver exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards. Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Front Office Assistant, or Guest Services Officer - Back Office in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
