Player select. Waiter · DOUGH UNION About the role. Dough Union is looking for a Waiter to welcome guests, take accurate orders, and keep service attentive from arrival to payment. This is a full-time, on-site role in Amman, with positions at Swefieh Village and Khalda. Responsibilities. Welcome guests, present the menu, and answer questions about dishes and ingredients. Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen. Serve food and beverages and check on guests throughout their visit. Respond to requests and concerns, involving the manager when needed. Prepare, clear, and reset tables. Process payments and handle cash and receipts accurately. Keep service areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Work with the team to keep service moving during busy periods. Qualifications. Strong customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with restaurant service and basic food preparation. Ability to manage several tasks and stand for extended periods. Basic math skills and accuracy when handling payments. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. A professional, respectful, and reliable approach to work. Previous restaurant or café experience is an advantage. Food safety and hygiene knowledge is preferred.
