HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA. Job Requirements: Essential background in the airline industry, with a mid-level understanding of airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and Reservation flows. Demonstrated experience working both as a team member and individual contributor, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Sound experience in: Test case documentation. Execution of functional and GUI test cases. Defect lifecycle management. API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI. Basic database testing. Experience in testing eCommerce platforms, including websites, mobile sites, and mobile applications. Exposure to working with Development and DevOps teams. Ability to create test reports. Experience in identifying, documenting, tracking, and coordinating defect resolution with development teams. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure a unified approach to quality assurance. Preference: Immediate joiners available at onsite.
