Role Description The Resale Agent Broker (District 5) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The role involves managing the resale of properties within District 5, including listing properties, conducting property viewings, and following up with potential buyers and sellers. The Resale Agent Broker will handle client inquiries, provide guidance on property values and market trends, prepare and process necessary documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining an updated portfolio of available properties, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales and performance targets. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Negotiation and sales skills to close deals and achieve targets. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings and client requests. Knowledge of the local real estate market in New Cairo, especially District 5, including pricing and trends. Ability to work on-site and maintain a professional presence during property visits and client meetings. Basic proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for managing listings and client information. Previous experience in real estate, brokerage, or sales is an advantage.
