Maintenance Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations while actively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role focuses on maximizing system availability, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure maximum system availability and reliability. Manage and develop the maintenance team while providing hands-on technical support when required. Plan and monitor maintenance schedules, asset performance, and service quality to meet SLA and KPI targets. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifecycle. Requirements: 8–10+ years of experience in maintenance and operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Hands-on maintenance experience with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex technical issues—not limited to team supervision. Experience in production lines, card issuing systems, secure manufacturing, or similar mission-critical environments. Proven experience managing maintenance contracts, customer support, and technical teams. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and planning skills. Candidates must have previous experience in the card industry, including card issuing systems, secure manufacturing, production lines, or similar mission-critical environments.
