Marketing Executive – Social Media & Content Creation

We are looking for a creative and digitally skilled Marketing Executive to manage social media accounts and create engaging content that showcases our five-star hospitality experience. Key responsibilities Manage four social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement. Coordinate high-quality Arabic and English content, captions, Reels, Stories, and promotional campaigns. Use AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, editing, and marketing productivity. Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, spa, wellness facilities, events, and seasonal offers. Monitor account performance, social media trends, audience engagement and link the performance with hotel revenue performance. Track account performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, link clicks, and enquiries where measurable. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and relevant hospitality content to identify opportunities. Supervising photo and video shooting Use performance insights to refine content calendars and improve audience engagement and campaign results. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a five-star hotel or hospitality brand. Excellent Arabic and English copywriting skills. Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts. Practical knowledge of AI content creation tools, graphic design, and video editing. A strong creative portfolio demonstrating social media content and campaigns. Experience in engaging photography and short-form videos.
