Strategy Specialist

Are you an experienced Strategy Specialist with a strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture? We are looking for a Strategy Specialist to shape and drive the organization's IT and digital strategy, develop strategic roadmaps, and monitor the implementation of key initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and continuously enhance the organization's IT and digital strategy, strategic roadmaps, and investment business cases. Conduct market research, technology assessments, and industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Evaluate strategic initiatives and technology investments to ensure alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives. Monitor the progress and delivery of strategic initiatives, tracking associated benefits, performance indicators, and KPIs. Prepare strategic reports, executive briefings, and management- and board-level presentations. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and technology investment planning. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT strategy, digital strategy, corporate strategy, or enterprise architecture. Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). Certifications: TOGAF or other recognized strategy / enterprise architecture certifications preferred. Strong knowledge of strategy development, business case preparation, and enterprise architecture principles. Experience conducting market assessments, technology benchmarking, and strategic performance monitoring. Excellent analytical, business planning, presentation, and executive communication skills. Previous experience in management consulting or strategy consulting is preferred. Show more Show less
