We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to drive digital acquisition, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable business results.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage paid media budgets, optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Lead A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies.
Develop data-driven growth strategies and manage agency performance.
🔹 Requirements:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and analytics.
Proven track record in managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
