Job Summary: We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our delivery fleet operations, ensuring the availability, efficiency, and smooth day-to-day operation of vehicles and drivers. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle availability. * Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations. * Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance, and operational issues. * Follow up on vehicle breakdowns, repairs, and scheduled maintenance. * Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, maintenance, and incidents. * Handle and follow up on operational issues related to the fleet. * Coordinate with external vendors, workshops, and service providers when needed. * Prepare regular fleet performance and operational reports. * Prepare and manage daily and weekly rider schedules based on operational requirements and expected demand. * Ensure compliance with company policies and fleet procedures. Requirements: * 2–4 years of experience in fleet coordination, last-mile delivery, logistics, or similar operations. * Experience working with delivery fleets and drivers is highly preferred. * Previous experience in food delivery, e-commerce, logistics, or on-demand delivery operations is a strong advantage. * Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting. * Ability to handle multiple operational issues and work under pressure.
