Role Description The Tailor role at Stellar Production.Co is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Tailor will be responsible for constructing, altering, and finishing garments according to design specifications and client measurements. Daily tasks include measuring and fitting clients or models, adjusting patterns, sewing and assembling garments, and performing high-quality finishing work such as hemming and detailing. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, pattern makers, and production staff to ensure garments meet quality standards and brand requirements. The Tailor will also help maintain a clean, safe workspace and support efficient workflow across the production process. Qualifications Strong tailoring and dressmaking skills, including garment construction, alterations, and finishing. Proficiency in fitting techniques and measurements, with the ability to interpret patterns and design specifications accurately. Effective communication and customer service skills to collaborate with internal teams and, when needed, interact with clients professionally. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and familiarity with industrial sewing machines and related equipment. Previous experience in garment production or fashion manufacturing environments is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site full time and manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
