Role Description: The Senior Operational Specialist will oversee day-to-day operational activities, with a focus on coordinating processes related to tourism companies and retail partners. This full-time, on-site role in Qesm El Nozha involves managing inventory flows, monitoring logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of products to key accounts. The specialist will analyze performance data, identify process gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales and marketing teams, aligning operational plans with business objectives, and supporting project execution for new product launches and promotional activities. The role also requires preparing operational reports, maintaining compliance with company standards, and mentoring team members to strengthen overall operational performance. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, tourism partners, and vendors. Sales and customer relationship capabilities to support commercial objectives and partner satisfaction. Operations Management experience to oversee workflows, logistics, inventory, and process optimization. Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor operational projects and initiatives. Previous experience in tourism companies or tourism-related operations. Proven experience in a senior or lead operational role, preferably within cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods. Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Nozha and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for operational planning and tracking.
