Candidzone is seeking experienced HSE Officers for an ongoing Gas Lift Project in Dukhan, Qatar. Candidates must have extensive Oil & Gas experience, valid QatarEnergy approval, and a NEBOSH qualification completed on or before 2022.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy HSE requirements and applicable regulations.
Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities and ensure safe work practices.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions.
Investigate incidents and near misses and prepare reports.
Maintain HSE documentation and inspection records.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of activities.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience, including 4 years in Oil & Gas.
Valid QatarEnergy approval is mandatory.
Valid e-PTW certificate mandatory.
NEBOSH completed on or before 2022.
Minimum Diploma qualification.
Good communication skills.
Availability for the required joining date.
