Real Estate Leasing & Marketing Officer

Job purpose Drive the leasing and marketing of Taqat Real Estate's properties to increase occupancy and rental income and meet approved targets. Key responsibilities Prepare and implement marketing and leasing plans to raise occupancy and revenue and achieve approved targets. Win clients through field prospecting among companies, government and semi-government entities, embassies and individuals, and develop bulk and corporate leasing opportunities. Manage property advertisements, real estate listing platforms and digital campaigns, and measure their effectiveness. Arrange property viewings, prepare offers, negotiate and follow up with clients through to signing, within approved authority limits. Build a network with brokers and target organizations, analyze the market and competitors, and propose suitable offers. Use the CRM system to record clients, opportunities, contacts, viewings and offers, and prepare follow-up and leasing results reports. Qualifications and experience Relevant qualification with at least 5 years' experience in real estate marketing and leasing in Qatar. Proven track record of winning clients, meeting leasing targets and closing deals. Knowledge of digital marketing and real estate platforms; proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Odoo is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Valid Qatari driving licence and willingness to work in the field. Show more Show less
