Product Manager

Product Manager | Dubai Fox Talent is partnering with a fintech that, following strong growth, is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of key parts of its platform. This is an opportunity to own a product area end to end, working closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to build products that customers rely on to manage their money. What you’ll be doing Owning the roadmap for your product area, from discovery and prioritisation through to delivery Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and define solutions Writing clear product requirements and working with engineering and design to ship features quickly Using data to measure product performance, run experiments and guide decision-making Balancing customer needs, commercial goals and regulatory requirements in product decisions Partnering with compliance, risk and operations teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards What they’re looking for 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech or financial services A track record of shipping digital products that have delivered measurable impact Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, metrics and A/B testing Experience working in agile teams alongside engineering and design An understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services, or the ability to pick it up quickly Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Bonus: experience with payments, open banking, lending or B2B SaaS products What’s on offer Ownership of a product area with real influence over direction and strategy The chance to work on products with a rapidly growing userbase A collaborative, fast-paced environment within a growing business A competitive package with tangible, long term career growth plans.
