Role Description This is a 4 months contract, on-site Sales Cashier role based in Jurdab. The Sales Cashier will handle point-of-sale transactions, including scanning items, processing cash and card payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate cash drawers. The role includes greeting customers, answering product questions, assisting with toy selection, and ensuring a clean, organized checkout area. The Sales Cashier will also restock shelves near the counter, help with price tagging and promotions, and report any discrepancies or customer concerns to the supervisor. Collaboration with the store team to support daily sales targets and provide a welcoming, child-friendly environment is essential. Qualifications Strong cash-handling and basic math skills, with attention to accuracy at the point of sale. Customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to use POS systems and basic digital tools; comfortable learning new retail technology. Organizational skills to maintain a tidy checkout area and assist with simple merchandising tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activities such as lifting small boxes. Prior experience in retail, supermarkets, or toy stores is an advantage but not mandatory. Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Show more Show less
