Site Engineer

Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering architectural projects from concept through completion. The role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and in line with design quality, technical standards, and client requirements.. Duties & Responsibilities Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with the Director of Projects. Manage the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to handover Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. Monitor project progress, risks, and timelines, and take corrective actions when needed. Ensure design intent, quality standards, and technical requirements are met. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and contractors, managing communication and coordination on assigned projects Review drawings, submissions, and project documentation. Track costs, variations, and project performance. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company procedures. Prepare regular progress and status reports. Review and make sure it match the contract to release the payment for the contract (مستخلص) Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in project management tools and architectural software Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in architectural project management.
