Hiring “Leasing Manager” for our reputed Property Development company in Qatar

Competency Level: Ø Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate management, Marketing or a related discipline. Ø Experience: Job Criteria / Key Requirements: - · Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate leasing, particularly in managing residential and commercial property portfolios. · Mandatory experience in the GCC market, with Qatar market experience is preferred. · Fluency in Arabic & English, with strong written & verbal communication skills in both languages. · Proven exposure in managing leasing operations for Residential (Villas & Apartments) and Commercial properties (Retail Shops, Street Shops, Office Units etc.). · Demonstrated expertise in lease administration, end-to-end lease negotiations, tenant relationship management and retention strategies. · Ability to identify leasing opportunities, improve occupancy rates and maximize rental income in line with business objectives. · Experience in managing broker relationships, coordinating leasing activities and expanding professional networks to generate business opportunities. · Good understanding of property market trends, rental pricing, tenant requirements and leasing practices across the GCC. · Prior experience in the Qatar real estate market and knowledge of local leasing procedures will be an added advantage. Ø Skills & Competencies: · Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills. · Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving leasing targets. · Proficiency in preparing leasing reports, analyzing occupancy and revenue performance and delivering presentations to management. · Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build long-term tenant and broker relationships. Ø Other Training: Proficiency in MS Office, along with strong reporting and presentation skills. Familiarity with property management or leasing software is an added advantage. Candidates currently residing in Qatar or other GCC countries are open to apply, provided they have mandatory GCC real estate leasing experience. Qatar experience will be an added advantage.
