Role Purpose The Digital Transformation Project Manager will coordinate RCC’s digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration between business functions and IT to deliver projects in line with business requirements, timelines, and objectives. The role will oversee project coordination and follow-up across Business Excellence, AI Strategy Execution, and CRM initiatives. Reporting to: CSO and project steering committees. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across assigned projects. Coordinate business functions, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Follow up on project progress, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating delays when required. Coordinate business requirements gathering, reviews, and approvals with relevant stakeholders. Ensure implemented solutions meet business requirements through demonstrations, testing, and user acceptance. Coordinate project workshops, meetings, training, and rollout activities. Support the execution of AI initiatives and CRM implementation, tracking progress and business readiness. Monitor system adoption and utilization, following up on post-implementation issues. Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in managing or coordinating cross-functional projects, preferably in digital transformation or business improvement. Familiarity with SAP and business processes, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience working with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. CRM implementation, AI project exposure, or project management certification are an advantage. Skills and Competencies: Strong project planning, coordination, and follow-up skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
