Requirements: Strategic planning for Retail & Housing Credit business within CBE, local &international regulations Share in Bank profit through quality of Credit decision, COR % & fraud prevention Manage 3 Credit units (Credit Term Loans, Revolving Facilitates & Credit support) in terms of Credit quality, performance, regulations, compliance & integrity. Credit risk portfolio management (minimize credit default, maximize productivity, maximize fraud prevention, proper usage of delegated credit exceptions, Control & follow-up KRIs) Share in bank retail annual budget, in coordination with front liner, marketing, risk, operation &collection. Credit worthiness analysis & recommendation overall retail credit & housing programs within delegated power. Decide credit exceptions over process, Docs, deviations, within delegated exceptional power. Credit position for cases presented for CAE Credit Risk Committee decision. Sharing with retail / mortgage risk management for annual CAE Retail / mortgage Risk Policy. Monthly Credit & Housing package, reported to CAE top management. Manage, coaching, monitoring & annual performance appraisal for all Retail Credit & Housing staff. Monthly CAE Credit Risk Committee for Credit TIAs, performance, programs, Policies & controls. Manage continual Credit mapping & adviser for all front liners (Branches /D. Sales/Private Banking). Chief Credit Fraud Officer with Risk, Compliance, Audit & Legal Deps. Manage Credit / Controls regulations & sanctions (International, CBE, CAE, Govern. authorities) Replace Retail Risk Head in case of absence / upon delegation. Monthly Retail Credit staff performance validation, scoring, analysis & follow up with Cr. Heads Update Retail Credit staff, with recent CBE business, controls, Macroeconomic indicators & regulation circulars Handle any extra tasks assigned by Retai Risk Head or Chief Risk Officer. Qualifications: Min. 15 years banking experience in (Retail Credit / Retail Risk / Retail Risk Policy ) Business related education certificate ( a professional Credit / Risk certificate) Excellent analytical & investigation skills.
