Sales Section Head – Agriculture & Irrigation

At Elsewedy Electric | Building Solutions, we’re expanding our presence in the Agriculture & Irrigation sector and looking for a commercially driven Sales Section Head to lead the next phase of growth for Rovatti Pumps, our Italian pump brand. This is more than a sales position. It’s an opportunity to build market share, develop strategic customer relationships, and turn a strong product portfolio into sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, strengthen channel partnerships, and establish Rovatti as a preferred solution for agricultural and irrigation applications in Egypt. Establish a network of relationships with irrigation contractors, agricultural developers, consultants, distributors, and key decision-makers. Qualifications & Requirements: 7–10 years of proven experience in sales within the agricultural, irrigation, or water-pumping sectors. Strong knowledge of irrigation applications, centrifugal pumps, electric motors, and related solutions. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and managing a sales pipeline. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to convert market opportunities into profitable business. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the leadership capabilities to develop and grow a business segment. Show more Show less
