Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Cairo, Egypt Job Description: - The position is responsible for supporting airport operations, ramp activities, passenger services, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will work independently when required and under the supervision of designated personnel, exercising sound judgment in routine and challenging situations. Supervisors will provide assignments, instructions, and performance evaluations and monitor work through observations, reports, inspections, and discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and support ramp operations and airport services. Prepare and complete written and electronic reports and operational forms. Assist with emergency preparedness and response procedures. Provide telephone and face-to-face customer support and manage customer inquiries. Address passenger concerns and help resolve service-related issues. Support and guide team members to maintain service quality and operational efficiency. Respond to aircraft and airport emergencies as required by established procedures and assigned responsibilities. Coordinate routine operational matters and special projects with tenants, operators, airlines, Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), and other airport departments. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree. Strong English communication skills; French proficiency is an advantage. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Ability to learn and apply technical policies, procedures, and regulations. Customer service skills, including telephone and face-to-face communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime when operationally required. Willingness to complete applicable job-related assessments and required training.
