Role Description The Fintech Course Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions on financial technology topics to participants in Amman, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to current industry practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and educational materials, conducting interactive classroom and online sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will collaborate with the team to refine course content, integrate practical case studies, and support continuous improvement of the training program. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Amman, with a combination of on-site teaching and some work-from-home responsibilities for preparation, follow-up, and virtual instruction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills to deliver clear, structured, and effective fintech courses. Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills to design curricula, learning objectives, and instructional materials. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage diverse learners and explain complex fintech concepts in accessible terms. Relevant experience in fintech, finance, or banking, with a good understanding of digital payments, financial innovation, and regulatory considerations. Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator in professional or academic settings is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in fintech or training are an advantage.
