Social Media Specialist

Adly Chess Academy is growing, and we are looking for a Social Media Specialist to own our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on role: you will write, shoot, edit and publish, not just schedule posts. Responsibilities - Own the content calendar and social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn - Write captions, copy and video scripts in English and Arabic - Appear on camera and do voiceover for videos - Shoot and edit short videos, reels and stories using CapCut - Cover tournaments and events live to keep the pages fresh and reach high - Coordinate with our Designer, Media Buyer and Comments Moderator - Deliver a monthly performance report, including trial class leads coming from social media Qualifications - 3+ years of proven social media experience, with a portfolio - Strong copywriting skills in English and Arabic (fluent English is essential) - Comfortable on camera and with voiceover - Working proficiency in CapCut or similar editing tools - Ability to adapt tone across platforms (for example TikTok vs LinkedIn) - Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable coordinating with other teams Working hours and benefits - On-site at our Nasr City headquarters - 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Tuesday off - Social insurance from day one - AXA Gold medical insurance after probation How to apply Apply directly through LinkedIn.
