Debit Capital Market Manager

Requirements 5-7 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets, investment banking, sukuk or securitization. Proven track record in structuring and executing sukuk, bonds or securitization issuances in the Egyptian market. Solid understanding of FRA regulations and Egyptian sukuk and securitization rules, plus Sharia-compliant structures. Strong financial modeling, credit analysis and transaction structuring skills. Established network with issuers, investors, banks, rating agencies and legal advisors. Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CFA or an Islamic finance certification is preferred. Key Responsibilities Originate and develop a pipeline of sukuk and debt issuance opportunities. Structure and execute issuances end-to-end, from mandate to listing and closing. Lead financial modeling, credit assessment and due diligence on issuers and underlying assets. Coordinate with FRA, Sharia supervisory boards, legal counsel, rating agencies, custodians and trustees. Prepare information memoranda, investor presentations and approval memos. Support placement and maintain relationships with institutional investors. Monitor issued sukuk after closing, including covenants, distributions and reporting obligations. Supervise and develop team members. Show more Show less
