Associate Director - Landscape Architecture

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Director - Landscape Design to join a highly regarded international design consultancy in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and commercially aware landscape design professional to take a leading role in delivering an exciting portfolio of projects across the region, including large-scale masterplans, luxury hospitality and high-end mixed-use developments. We are looking for someone with a strong design vision, exceptional conceptual and presentation abilities, and the experience to lead design teams in developing innovative, high-quality landscape solutions from initial concept through to design development. The Role: Lead and oversee landscape design projects across a varied portfolio of high-profile developments. Drive the creative direction and development of landscape concepts, ensuring design excellence at every stage. Produce and present compelling design concepts, visualisations and presentations to clients and stakeholders. Lead, mentor and develop landscape design teams, encouraging creativity and technical excellence. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, urban design and masterplanning. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development, bids and new project opportunities. Requirements: Degree or Master's qualification in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design. Proven experience within an established international design consultancy. Experience at Associate Director, Associate or Senior Associate level, with the ability to lead teams and projects. Strong conceptual design skills, with an exceptional eye for detail and creativity. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to present and sell design ideas to clients. A strong portfolio of masterplanning, luxury hospitality, hotel and mixed-use developments. Previous Middle East experience would be advantageous.
