Company: DRM News (Dot Republic Media) Location: Doha, Qatar Type: Short-term assignment, 4 to 6 December 2026 (flexible by role) About the assignment DRM News is an officially accredited media partner for Doha Forum 2026, held under the theme “Redefining Global Trust.” Our network has covered the forum for the past several editions, and this year we are expanding our on-ground team to go deeper: inside the sessions where heads of state, policymakers, and global institutions shape the conversation on regional and global peace. We are looking for journalists and media professionals based in or traveling to Doha to join our coverage team for the forum. Roles we are hiring for On-ground correspondents (English, Arabic) Social-first content producers (vertical video, live clips, reels) What you will do Cover sessions, panels, and sidelines of the forum Conduct interviews with delegates, experts, and attendees Produce stories and clips for DRM’s news channels reaching audiences across South Asia, the Middle East, and the diaspora worldwide Work with our central newsroom to turn around same-day coverage What we are looking for Prior experience in news reporting, field production, or event coverage Comfort working fast in a live-event environment Based in Doha or already planning to be there during the forum (preferred) Strong command of English; Urdu or Arabic is a plus How to apply Send your name, role of interest, portfolio or showreel, and a short note on your availability to [redacted email] with the subject line “Doha Forum 2026 Coverage.” Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our meet and greet session near the venue ahead of the forum. #Hiring #DohaForum2026 #DRMNews #Journalism #FieldProducer #MediaJobs #Doha #Qatar Show more Show less
