Responsibilities Responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth car rental transactions. Assist customers to select a rental vehicle that best meets their individual needs and budget, taking payments, completing all required paperwork accurately and efficiently. Ensuring rental agreements are properly completed and that customers understand the terms and conditions. Assist the customers with any problems that may arise during the rental process. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Qualifications Minimum 2 years sales experience in Car Rental Excellent customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in the use of computer software Ability to work independently Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to car rental Ability to follow defined service and sales processes Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service Show more Show less
