🚨 We’re Hiring | Quality Assurance Section Head Company: MB Industrial Department: Quality Assurance Location: Sadat City. Menufia MB Industrial is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Section Head to lead and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements across our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and applicable environmental regulations. Lead the renewal and maintenance of company certifications, including ISO, “Proudly Made in Egypt,” and environmental certifications. Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities. Monitor production quality, analyze quality data, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Handle customer quality complaints and ensure effective resolution. Lead and develop the QA team, ensuring adherence to quality procedures and standards. Prepare periodic quality reports and participate in management reviews to drive continuous improvement. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and quality control procedures. Hands-on experience in ISO certification renewals, external audits, and compliance management. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 14001 is a plus. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
