We're Hiring | Business Development Executive Podcast360 – Media & Podcast Production Podcast360 is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and lead business growth through corporate partnerships and sponsorships. We're looking for someone who can identify business opportunities, build strong relationships with companies, and turn those relationships into successful commercial partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential corporate clients and brand partners. - Develop and maintain relationships with Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, CEOs, and decision-makers. - Pitch sponsored podcast episodes and customized mini-season partnership opportunities. - Generate qualified leads and arrange business meetings. - Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sponsorship deals. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. - Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals. - Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners and clients. Requirements - 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Partnerships. - Experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or sponsorship sales is a strong plus. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. - Strong networking skills and the ability to connect with key decision-makers. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. - Excellent command of English and Arabic.
