About the Job As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and exceptional guest experience. Responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and seating plans, and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout service. Always ensuring an efficient and courteous experience. About You Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanour Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with reservation software, POS systems & MS Office is an advantage Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Multiple language ability is considered an additional advantage Committed, reliable, flexible, and confident.
