Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: 100% Remote — Work From Home Level: Senior About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to provide remote project coordination, technical oversight, progress monitoring, and construction documentation support. The successful candidate will help ensure that project activities are aligned with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards. This role is fully remote and focuses on virtual supervision, reporting, issue resolution, and coordination with on-site teams. Key Responsibilities Provide remote supervision and coordination support for construction and site-based projects. Monitor project progress through daily reports, photographs, video updates, inspection records, and progress dashboards. Review construction schedules, work plans, and milestone deliverables to identify delays and potential risks. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and local site supervisors. Review technical drawings, method statements, material submittals, and construction documentation. Track work activities against approved specifications, contractual requirements, and project standards. Identify potential construction issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant technical teams. Monitor quality assurance and quality control documentation, including inspection and test records. Review non-conformance reports, defect logs, and corrective action submissions. Monitor health, safety, and environmental documentation and escalate reported concerns. Maintain remote oversight of material requests, delivery schedules, and resource planning. Review manpower reports, equipment utilization records, and contractor performance updates. Support the preparation and review of weekly and monthly progress reports. Track variations, delays, site instructions, and project-related change requests. Coordinate virtual progress meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes and action logs. Maintain organized records of project correspondence, approvals, technical submissions, and progress evidence. Escalate significant technical, scheduling, quality, cost, or safety concerns to project leadership. Recommend improvements to reporting procedures, coordination practices, and project monitoring processes. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related discipline. Significant experience in site supervision, construction coordination, or project delivery. Previous experience in a senior supervisory or construction management support position. Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project execution processes. Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements. Familiarity with quality assurance, quality control, and construction inspection documentation. Knowledge of project scheduling, progress measurement, and resource coordination. Understanding of construction health, safety, and environmental requirements. Experience reviewing contractor reports, work records, and project documentation. Strong communication and coordination skills when working with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to identify project risks, assess reported issues, and recommend practical solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and project reporting tools. Familiarity with project management and construction platforms such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet reporting deadlines. Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
