Senior Project Engineer – Villas & Renovations

Renolux Building Contracting LLC | Dubai | On-site Renolux is a luxury design-and-build contractor delivering villa construction, extensions and high-end renovations. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Engineer to own daily site delivery alongside the Project Manager, leading the Site Engineer, supervisors, trades and subcontractors. Key responsibilities • Run daily site operations, coordinating labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors. • Supervise the Site Engineer, setting clear priorities and maintaining accountability for delivery. • Work with the Project Manager on programmes, progress tracking, procurement and resource planning. • Review drawings, resolve clashes and coordinate civil, structural, architectural and MEP works. • Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities on inspections, approvals and technical queries. • Maintain quality and safety standards; flag delays, risks and variations early. • Manage snagging, testing and handover, maintaining accurate site and project records. What you bring • A degree in Civil Engineering; ideally 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in the UAE. • Hands-on delivery of G+1 villas and high-end renovations, covering structural works and finishes. • Practical AutoCAD knowledge to review, edit and mark up drawings. • Experience coordinating Dubai Municipality and Trakhees approvals and inspections with consultants. • Dubai Municipality approval relevant to building contracting and Society of Engineers UAE membership preferred. • Strong site leadership, problem-solving and drawing-reading skills. • Good English communication and a valid UAE driving licence.
