Quality Control Technician

Americana Foods Kuwait is looking for a detail driven Quality Technician to join our QHSE team and help make sure every product leaving our plant meets the highest food safety and quality standards. What You’ll Do Carry out in process, raw material and finished product inspections and tests Monitor CCPs and record results in line with HACCP and food safety plans Perform basic lab analysis (physical, chemical and sensory checks) Flag and follow up on non conformances and corrective actions with production Support GMP, hygiene and sanitation verification on the shop floor Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment Support internal, customer and regulatory audits (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000) What We’re Looking For Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field 1 to 3 years of QC experience in food manufacturing or FMCG Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety standards Strong attention to detail and solid documentation habits Comfortable working in shifts Good English, Arabic is a plus Based in Kuwait with a transferable residency is preferred Show more Show less
