SENIOR RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT

WE ARE HIRING: RECEIVABLES ACCOUNTANT Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Receivables Accountant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: · Manage accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts. · Prepare and issue invoices, statements of accounts, and payment reminders. · Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients on overdue payments. · Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records. · Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and collection reports. · Coordinate with the sales, project, and finance teams regarding billing and collections. · Record receipts and ensure timely posting of customer payments. · Assist with monthly closing and other accounting duties as required. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role. · Experience in the construction industry is an advantage. · Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation. · Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. · Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. · High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
