We are currently looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Lead and coach warehouse staff to achieve performance and productivity targets.
Monitor stock accuracy and support inventory control processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space, cost, and efficiency.
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
