Role Description The role is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of in-store and window displays that reflect brand standards and attract customers. Day-to-day tasks include arranging product displays, supporting seasonal and promotional campaigns, maintaining visual consistency across showroom areas, and coordinating with sales and retail teams to ensure merchandise is presented effectively. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with teams. Knowledge of Retail operations and Sales practices to align visual displays with commercial objectives. Ability to design and maintain attractive Window Displays and in-store layouts that follow brand guidelines. Attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and basic understanding of design principles and color coordination. Previous experience or internships in visual merchandising, retail, or related fields are preferred. Show more Show less
