Investment Analyst Supervisor

Connectalents is hiring an Investment Analyst Supervisor for a leading integrated agricultural commodity trader, manufacturer, and fast-growing food security conglomerate in Egypt and the Middle East Job Role Identify, evaluate, and analyze investment opportunities and strategic business initiatives. Conduct financial and commercial due diligence for potential investments and M&A transactions. Perform business valuation using DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions. Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and investment business cases. Assess investment returns, risks, synergies, and value creation opportunities. Support M&A transactions, deal structuring, and transaction execution. Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic investment recommendations. Supervise and review the work of investment analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables. What we need Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory. Previous experience in Deals & Transaction Services within a reputable financial advisory or consulting firm is highly preferred. Strong hands-on experience in: Financial & Commercial Due Diligence Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Business Valuation & Deal Structuring Financial Modeling & Investment Appraisal Feasibility Studies & Business Case Development Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis. Experience supervising or managing analysts is preferred. CFA or FMVA certification is mandatory. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
