Ecommerce Manager

About the Role Arkan Marketing Services is looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to take ownership of website performance, online merchandising, and customer retention for a fashion e-commerce business. You will improve the shopping experience, grow online sales, and manage email and WhatsApp marketing through practical, independent execution. Key Responsibilities Manage homepage presentation, collections, landing pages, and promotional placements. Improve product visibility, navigation, and the shopping journey to increase conversion. Plan and execute website activity for launches, new arrivals, restocks, and approved promotions. Set up and manage email and WhatsApp marketing tools and campaigns. Develop customer segments and automated journeys, including welcome, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and reactivation campaigns. Analyse online sales, conversion, average order value, repeat purchases and campaign performance. Identify website improvements, brief developers, prioritise changes and verify completed work. Deliver routine improvements within agreed authority and report results, priorities and follow-up actions. Qualifications Proven experience managing e-commerce performance for fashion, beauty, jewellery, accessories or multi-brand retail. Hands-on experience in website merchandising, promotional planning and conversion improvement. Practical experience building email campaigns, customer segments and automated journeys, with the ability to manage WhatsApp campaigns. Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website analytics. Evidence of website improvements and customer campaigns you personally delivered, with measurable results. Strong commercial judgement, organisation and independent follow-through. Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Available to join immediately.
