Membership Consultant | UAE Fitness Industry Experience Required

Industry: Fitness Clubs Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 5,000-5,500 + Commissions Job Summary We are looking for an Admin & Sales Membership Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry, preferably within premium fitness clubs. The ideal candidate will have experience in membership sales, CRM management, customer service, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell gym memberships, packages, and fitness services. Handle membership enquiries, follow-ups, renewals, and client onboarding. Manage CRM systems, maintain customer records, and track sales leads. Achieve membership sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. Handle administrative tasks, membership documentation, and reporting. Coordinate with the fitness team to ensure a smooth member experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness membership sales or a similar role. Experience working with premium fitness clubs is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and membership sales processes. Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills. Good organisational and administrative abilities. Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
