Customer Service Specialist

Order Management / Customer Service Specialist (SAP S/4HANA), Retail & Wholesale An exciting opportunity has opened with a leading international retail and consumer brand, known for innovation, performance and customer excellence. We’re looking for an Order Management / Customer Service Specialist to own the wholesale order book for the brand’s retail and distribution partners across the Middle East. You’ll manage every order from entry through to final delivery in SAP S/4HANA, making sure stock, pricing, terms and delivery dates are right before anything ships. You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and the Distribution Centre, keeping orders moving, resolving issues quickly and giving the sales team clear visibility of open orders and conversion. What you’ll do: Enter, release and manage customer orders in SAP S/4HANA Review the order book against requested delivery dates and act early on risks Check stock availability, pricing, terms and routing before orders are released Coordinate shipments with the Distribution Centre and logistics partners through to delivery Investigate and resolve shipment claims, returns and credit notes Report on open and outstanding orders, order conversion and order book KPIs Support the business in meeting monthly targets What we’re looking for: Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in sales order processing (essential) Minimum 3 years in order management, B2B customer service or sales operations Experience within a retail, fashion, sportswear, FMCG or consumer brand environment Strong order book management, from order entry to delivery and invoicing Experience working with key accounts, distributors or wholesale customers Strong Excel and reporting skills Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage The successful candidate will be organised, detail-driven and commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment where accuracy and service go hand in hand.
