Geospatial Data Marketplace Lead

Birbal AI is seeking an experienced Geospatial Data Marketplace Lead to lead the development and delivery of a digital marketplace where government entities, businesses and citizens can exchange geospatial data and services. Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of the geospatial data marketplace platform, including data catalogues, user entitlements, APIs, subscriptions, payment systems and usage metering. Design partnership and revenue-sharing models in collaboration with the client's legal and finance teams. Onboard data providers and consumers to establish and grow marketplace transactions. Develop data licensing terms and public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks with support from legal teams. Define and monitor marketplace KPIs, adoption metrics and socio-economic impact. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful marketplace implementation and adoption. Qualifications 8+ years of experience delivering digital platforms involving user entitlements, payments and partner ecosystems. Strong understanding of data or API monetization, licensing and pricing models. Experience working with public-private partnerships (PPP). Product management certification or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience managing digital platform delivery and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Show more Show less
