Role Description The AutoCAD Designer will work on-site in Dubai in a full-time capacity, producing detailed drawings and plans for signage, fixtures, and related architectural elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and revising AutoCAD drawings, translating design concepts into technical construction documents, and preparing shop drawings for production and installation. The role involves coordinating with project managers, designers, and fabrication teams to ensure drawings are accurate, feasible, and aligned with project specifications and timelines. The AutoCAD Designer will also perform site measurements as needed, maintain organized drawing files, and support space planning and layout optimization for client projects. Attention to detail, adherence to company standards, and timely delivery of drawings are essential. Qualifications Strong technical skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce precise, detailed AutoCAD plans. Proficiency in Drawing and Space Planning to translate design concepts into functional layouts and practical solutions. Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, and to interpret project requirements clearly. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD (and preferably other CAD/design tools such as Revit or SketchUp) in signage, interiors, joinery, or architectural environments. Solid understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods relevant to signage and fixtures. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and coordinate details accordingly. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Previous experience in a design, signage, or retail fitout-related industry in the UAE or GCC region is mandatory. Show more Show less
